Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using MyToolbox (mytoolbox.cc), you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

2. The service

MyToolbox is a free collection of online utilities: file converters, generators, formatters, that sort of thing. Some run in your browser. A handful upload to our server and return a result. The service is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. Tools may be added, changed, or removed without notice.

3. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Upload anything illegal, infringing, malicious, or sexually exploitative.
• Attempt to overwhelm, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or its API.
• Use the tools to violate someone else's privacy, copyright, or other rights.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass our rate limits or file-size restrictions.

We reserve the right to block any IP, refuse service, or remove abusive content without notice.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to anything you upload. We don't claim ownership of your files. We use them only to run the conversion you asked for, then delete them. See Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The service is provided AS IS, with no warranties of any kind. Output quality, file integrity, formatting fidelity, freedom from bugs: none of these are guaranteed. Don't use these tools for critical workflows without checking the result.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyToolbox and its operator are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from use of the service. That covers data loss, corrupted files, lost profits, service downtime, and anything else. Where mandatory law caps liability, the cap is whatever you paid us. Which is zero.

7. Third-party services

Server-side tools pass your uploaded file to libraries like LibreOffice, ffmpeg, and headless Chromium running on our server. Retention details are in the Privacy Policy.

Advertising. The site runs on Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and identifiers to serve and measure ads. We don't pick which ad creatives appear. Your interactions with ads are governed by Google's terms (policies.google.com/terms) and privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy), not these terms. Full cookie inventory and opt-out paths live in our Cookie Policy.

No analytics, session-replay, or fingerprinting scripts are embedded. If any other third-party service shows up later, this section gets updated before that change goes live.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone violating these terms. There is no refund. The service is free.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes bump the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
